Novilinguists Multimedia is looking for an experienced Project Manager

Novilinguists Multimedia is looking for an experienced Project Manager in the localization industry for immediate hiring. The Project Manager will be involved in the management of overall budgets, schedules, project team and project deliverables.

Responsibilities
• Owns overall Project Management for assigned multilingual project(s)
• Tracks status reports and timelines
• Provides support and guidance to multilingual partners and freelancers on best practice localization processes and tools
• Responsible for communication, both internally and externally with clients and suppliers
• Manages risks and tracks issues, mitigating and resolving within the assigned date, resource and scope parameters
Requirements
• Project Management experience specifically within the localization industry
• Excellent knowledge of CAT tools (Trados, Idiom, Catalyst, Passolo, Translation Workspace, and so on)
• Excellent knowledge of the translation industry (including relevant QA processes)
• Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
• Sharp skills in IT
• Proven track record in working with stakeholders, customers and partners
• Preferred knowledge of Project Management software, e.g. Microsoft Project
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
• High degree of business acumen
• Customer service orientation with ability to manage relationships at all levels both within and outside of the organization
• Experience liaising with and managing geographically remote teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to drive consensus among various internal stakeholders, including executive management and third parties
• Experience in project reporting including quality metrics
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational ability

We are aiming at receiving profiles from Project Manager who are located in Italy and are willing to relocate to Genoa. Experience in a multilingual translation company will be considered a plus.
